Georgia Trip 2010

Well we've made it home from our Georgia vacation and boy did we have a great time!

Our week was filled with all kinds of fun stuff! Saturday night we went to the Stone Mountain Laser Show, Sunday we had a cookout with all our Georgia friends and family, Monday we travelled up north to Helen, Tuesday the boys golfed and then we had a wonderful dinner for my birthday, Wednesday we went to the Georgia Aquarium, Thursday we visited a cute little pumpkin patch and Friday was a much needed day of rest in anticipation of our flight home.

It's no wonder it seemed like our vacation went quickly, we NEVER stopped!

It was with great sadness that we had to leave the Springers behind but look forward to Shann's visit next month and then soon after the arrival of their baby girl!

Enjoy!

Georgia Trip 2010-Sneak Peek!!

Hi Ya'll!

Well we're having an amazing time here in Georgia visiting the Springers and their new home. It's amazing! In just the couple days we've been here we've managed to see quite a bit of stuff. Our first night here we went up to Stone Mountain to watch the laser show which Brady thoroughly enjoyed. He got a bit startled with the fireworks but after a few he got the hang of it and was clapping along with everyone else!

We had an awesome visit on Sunday with the rest of the Georgia Family, relaxed and watched football, ate good food and caught up. It was a nice way to spend a day after our long flight.

On Monday, Jerry and Shannon took us up to Helen, Georgia and if you ever make it out here it's definitely a place to visit. It's a super cute little town full of all these German shops which should really be named Sugar City because there is a TON of sweets to be eaten there! We managed to eat fudge, ice cream, peanut brittle, cinnamon almonds and sugar coated pecans! YUMMERS!

Well I wanted to send a quick update otherwise my blog update would have been super huge if I waited until we got back!

Enjoy as there will be lots more to come. . .
