Iphone Extras

I never think to upload the photos I take with my iphone so here are a few cute ones I thought ya'll might enjoy!

You're so funny Mama!

8 is great!!

Hi All,

Time flies when you are on the move! Having the monthly photos obviously has gotten more difficult not just because Brady feels the need to eat my signs but now he's MOBILE! Yep that's right we have a creepy crawler on our hands which has made life so much fun! I just feel bad for Charlie since he seems to be the object of Brady's affection lately, chasing him from the window to the couch and back again. Brady thinks it's a hoot! We still have no teeth and I'm starting to wonder if any are even in there. He's quite the slobber bucket and tries to gnaw on everything but no bucky beavers have come through yet.

On a side note, I did survive my first time away from Buggy. A work trip forced me 3000 miles away to Florida and believe it or not we both made it through! Of course it was more of a struggle for Mom than it was for Brady!

Other than that not much has happened so far in 2010.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Love,
The Vega Fam

Um Mama, can you help me?

NEW YEARS RESOLUTION. . .BE A BETTER BLOGGER

You can call me Sir Hamsalot!!

7 Months, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year. . .Whew!

Well our little man is 7 months now! My goodness how the time is flying by! A quick update is that Brady has been to the doctor for two checkups, once in November and again December 29th. At his 6 month appointment in November the doctor wanted us to bring him back in for a weight check and to also sneak in his 2nd H1N1 shot before my insurance switched over after the first of the year.
The doctor wasn't overly concerned by anything but did give us some suggestions on how to get our boy to eat a bit more. I explained to her that he's just too busy to eat and while she did witness this by him wiggling all over the table she did say she'd like to see him one last time. So at his 6 month appointment he was 26 inches long and 15.9 lbs. That put him in the 16th percentile for weight. (Which freaked me out, I really don't starve my kid!)
When we just went back last week we were super excited because in exactly 1 month he put on a whole pound, he weighed in at 16.9 lbs. However, he also grew to 27 1/2 inches! So this now dropped him into the 13th percentile for weight.
Again, the doctor reassured us that she wasn't concerned as everything else looked great and gave us a few more ideas to try and put some meat on this string bean!

Not even a few raindrops could make us miss Christmas in the Park!

Brady loved the lights and people watching

"What Mama, I'm just picking out the bows for you. . .!"

Gotta eat my beans if I want Santa to come!

Santa. . .is that you I hear??

Well Christmas finally arrived and the best part was spending it with lots of family. We spent the morning with The Vega Family, dinner with the Aalgaard Family and then early the next morning we drove up to Auburn to spend it with the Mays Family. It was a very busy weekend!
